RETURN & REFUND POLICY

CANCEL ORDER

You can cancel your order at any time prior to your order is being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day they are received. You can email info@rcrobotics.com with your address and order reference number.

SHIPPING

We process orders within 1-5 business days with DHL. Some orders may take 1-4 weeks to process. We will showing long delivery & production times on the sales page. However, we may not be able to ship on time due to problems that may occur in production and third-party supply. We are a company that designs and production, we can also make custom-made and based on order production. We will inform you about shipping issues. At the same time, you can contact us any shipping question.

Once we ship your order, we will send you an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account. Keep in mind the DHL service guarantee is suspended if delays are caused by bad weather or other disasters. We cannot refund shipping fees if your package arrives late due to snow or other natural disasters anywhere along your package’s route, including (but not limited to) meteors, aliens, terrorism, incursions from other dimensions, etc. We may not always be able to ship to some mail forwarders and/or PO Boxes depending on location or if there are known fraud/theft issues with a specific mail forwarder.

For all international orders, you are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods! There is no way for RcRobotics (the shipper) to predict your country’s customs/fee habits, so be prepared to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees your country’s DHL or postal system may charge you! There are some services that can estimate the duty/taxes, while they’re not 100% accurate they can be helpful (Duty/Tax Calculator). Keep a printout of your email receipt as you may have to send a copy to your customs office or to DHL. If you do not pay the required brokerage fees, VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc.- we cannot issue any refunds.

Our shipping system is completely automated, and we cannot falsify customs forms. The customs forms will accurately describe the contents and cost of your order. We cannot mark orders as “gift”, “sample”, “educational” or lower the values.

Some DHL Express shipments can be DDP (delivery duties paid), which means we charge all taxes upon checkout. Orders over $2,500 and/or orders with over 25 individual line items do not qualify for our DDP shipping options. We are unable to provide a line-by-line breakdown of the duties paid upon checkout. Please contact your country’s DHL office for that information.

RETURN

Our Return & Refund Policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Damaged packaging cannot be returned because it cannot be resold or repack. To explain in detail, after our fabrication process, all our products are stored in Military-Grade special packages with moisture resistant, %5 humidity controlled, waterproof and electrostatic discharge protected. Therefore, after the packaging is damaged, it cannot be resold to its new owner in its first condition. That’s why, if you intend to return it, please protect the original packaging. We will also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our issues (e.g. you received an incorrect, not working properly or defective item). Customers are responsible for both the return shipping costs and shipping costs from the original order unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us before returning any package.

Please bear in mind, we don’t offer exchanges, refunds, or repairs if your item is faulty due to misused, damaged in use, damaged pack, opened pack, or altered. If you want to get more information, please contact us.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items; gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

5 YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY

We warrant RcRobotics Manufactured Products will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of thirty (30) days following the date of delivery to you. We will replace, repair, or refund you for any confirmed defective product at our option. Please contact info@rcrobotics.com with any issues.

The 5 Years Limited Warranty is for electronics and component warranty for products used under normal conditions. Customer-related issues such as falling, burning, damage to connectors, application of high voltage, soldering, accident, abuse, misuse, or destruction are not covered by the warranty. We trust our listed products. If no damage, you will be able to use them safely for many years in best condition like the first day.

Products that are not manufactured by RcRobotics may, or may not, be covered by original manufacturer’s warranty and passed through to you. Please contact support to confirm warranty period prior to purchase.

8 YEARS LONGEVITY COMMITMENT

Lifetime guarantee, no obsolete or supply problem! We have 8 Years Longevity Commitment for all our product. We are a factory in the aerospace and defense industry. We have been designing and manufacturing defense industry products for many years. Therefore, we know very well what an obsolete or supply problem is! So don’t worry. Our products will be available for purchase for at least 8 years. You can access the list with dates on our website. However, our supply times may be longer due to 3rd party product providers e.g ICs, Mosfets. Because of reasons beyond our control, we do not guarantee that we will supply products to you, e.g chip crisis, earthquake, or nuclear disaster.

WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED AND SHIPPED?

Our products are designed in United Kingdom and Turkey. Products are usually manufactured & shipped from Turkey, our production factory. Turkey is not a full member of the European Union but has a free trade agreement with the European Union. Turkey has advanced in the Aerospace & Defense industry in the last 10 years and sells many products to the world e.g UAVs. The reason why we produce in Turkey is its geographical location, technological advantages and cheap labor costs. If we were manufacturing in the United Kingdom, we would have to sell our products at double or triple the price with the same quality.

WHAT IS APPROVED PROFESSIONAL DESIGN?

Approved Professional Design means designed by our senior engineer staff in aerospace and defense industry. In other words, the products are not designed with normal engineering and are not manufactured in standard design and production processes. Therefore, our products are very durable. They cannot be compared to rival products or companies.

SHIPPING RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning items, you must use a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item because it is up to the cargo company’s initiative. For this reason, we package every product we send to you in the best possible way and send it via DHL using the best service in the world. Please contact us before returning any package.

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please note that refunds on items bought as gifts can only be issued to the original purchaser. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@rcrobotics.com.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rcrobotics.com.
